PRE-SEASON TUNE-UP, CLEANING AND START-UP CONTRACT
WE WILL:
THE FOLLOWING PARTS WILL BE COVERED UNDER OUR SERVICE CONTRACT
PRE-SEASON TUNE-UP, CLEANING AND START-UP ($105.00 PER SYSTEM), ALL PARTS WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE
WE WILL:
Service to be performed between April 15 to June 15.
PRE-SEASON TUNE-UP, CLEANING AND START-UP CONTRACT
WE WILL:
- Check Compressor Voltage and Amperage
- Check Air Temp. Drop Across Evaporator Coil
- Check for Adequate Freon Charge and Possible Leaks
- Check Blower Wheel
- Lubricate all Motors
- Check that Condensate Drain is Open and that Condensate Pump is Working
- Check Blower Belt Tension
- If Humidifier on System, Close By-Pass for Summer
- Clean condenser Coil
- Tighten all Connections
- Change Air Filter (supplied by customer)
- Check and Clean Thermostat
- Clean Compressor Contactor Points
THE FOLLOWING PARTS WILL BE COVERED UNDER OUR SERVICE CONTRACT
- EVAPORATOR FAN MOTOR
- FAN MOTOR RUN CAP
- COMPRESSOR CONTACTOR
- RECOVERY OF FREON (When we replace out-door unit or compressor)
- ELECTRICAL FROM DISCONNECT TO OUT-DOOR UNIT
- COMPRESSOR CONTACTOR COIL
- COMPRESSOR START CAP
