Please note that service contracts run from June 1st to May 31.
- An intensive annual service and tune up which will insure that your heating system is operating safely and at its peak efficiency. This preventative maintenance services the combustion chamber, base of chimney, flue passage ways, ignition and control inspection. Then we complete the service with an efficiency analysis.
- 24 Hour / 7 Day emergency service by our staff of expert service technicians - holidays and weekends included.
- Replacement of all mechanical parts of gas or oil furnace or boiler included (except potable water repairs requiring a licensed plumber and line voltage repairs requiring a licensed electrician).
COST: $365.00 per season
